PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION
As a top stylist you understand that your customer has a moment of attention, experience and relaxation at the hairdresser. You can make people more beautiful and give them a good feeling in terms of look & feel.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• To exceed service and customer experience goals.
• You are up to date in terms of cutting and coloring techniques and the creative trends.
• You provide top service to your customer and act in accordance with the La Maison DNA
• You report to the salon owner / salon manager.

As a top stylist, our cutting and coloring department plays an important commercial role. You ensure that the customer has a unique experience during the cut or color treatment. You share our personal philosophy, deep down and with our customers. In short: You are a stylish, service-oriented and enthusiastic asset to the La Maison team!

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

• Hairdressing diploma is not a requirement but an advantage.
• Additional training/certificates are an advantage.
• At least 5 years of work experience as a top stylist.
• Good coloring is a must.
• An authentic personality and genuine customer friendliness.
• Strong communicator: You speak Dutch and English fluently.
• You are interested in the inner beauty of people in your field and you want to be 'best in class'.
• You are available at least 32 hours a week.
• Honesty: towards yourself and others.

Salary: €4,000.00 - €4,500.00 per month
