La Maison Amsterdam is a hairdresser and beauty salon for ladies and gentlemen since August 2012 located on the edge of the Jordaan in the center of Amsterdam. Founder and driving force is Brigitte van den Dungen-Schreurs. She saw that there was a need for an affordable and high-quality business with specialists from all markets. Meanwhile La Maison Amsterdam is a concept in the Jordaan and a forerunner in the market.
At La Maison Amsterdam everything comes together: a warm welcome, expert advice, time and attention, professional treatments and a great end result. The salon is open seven days a week, centrally located, near the Westertoren and the Paleis op de Dam, and easily accessible.

THE TREATMENT
The treatment starts with a thorough analysis of the hair and the scalp. The condition is measured with indicators specially developed by La Biosthétique for acidity, fat and moisture content and the degree of scaling on the scalp. Based on the outcome, you will receive expert advice on the care method and products of La Biosthétique. This can improve the condition of the hair and the scalp and prevent facial aging.
The extensive range of La Biosthétique ranges from nourishing hair and facial products to protective sun cosmetics, make-up and dietary supplements.Following your hair desires are discussed and you will receive advice on cutting , colors and styles. Your hair is washed with the previously advised products. Each wash is completed with a relaxing scalp massage.
After your hair has been skilfully cut and styled, your make-up will be refreshed if desired. For men there is always an invigorating treatment with a hot towel with which small hairs are removed at the same time. The make-up tips, touch-over and hot towel are part of the extra service La Maison offers.
